Cancún is also recognized as one of the most tranquil beach destinations for 2025, thanks to its pristine beaches and relatively peaceful environment. If you arrive at the airport, take reputable transportation to the Hilton Cancun and then remain on the resort grounds or on a reputable excursion trip, then you should not have any safety concerns. We always recommend traveling with your eyes open, keeping your valuables secure, and when possible, travel with a buddy!

Yes, you will need a valid passport to travel from the US, CA, or AUS to Mexico to attend FOREVER Live! There is lots of time to apply and be prepared with a valid passport to travel in February 2027. Be sure there is at least 6 months before your passport expires and as needed, renew it in time before travel in 2027. Be careful to use the valid government site to apply or renew for your passport. There are many false sites out there.

The room reservation link will open in February 2026. The link will be shared on the event page and you will be notified on the Bulletin and during Ambassador meetings. Be sure to know your roommates and list ALL names when booking your room.

Please be sure you know your roommate(s) names before you make your reservation at the Hilton. You will want to list ALL of the names on your Hilton room reservation to get the best price per person. Then you can go to the link (after February 2026) and book your room.

You may cancel your registration until December 31, 2026. A cancellation fee of $125.00 USD will be subtracted from your refunded amount. Your refund amount will not appear on your credit card; instead, you'll receive a FOREVER® coupon for the value of your refunded amount - good on printed products, software, FOREVER Storage®, Facial Recognition, Streaming Video, FOREVER Boxes, FOREVER Family Research, and FOREVER Digital Art™-branded digital art. No, at this time, once you make your room reservation at the Hilton, it cannot be transferred to another attendee. Once you book your room at the Hilton in February 2026, then you will need to cancel but will not be able to transfer the reservation to another attendee.

Transfers are accepted until December 31, 2026, between Ambassadors and clients or guests who are eligible to attend the same events. A transfer fee of $75.00 USD will apply. The seller is responsible for the transfer fee. If you'd like to transfer your ticket to someone else, email ehelsel@forever.com and provide the following: your name, the transferee's first and last name, city and state/province and email address. If applicable, please specify any dietary requirements, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan preferences.

No. In Mexico, the standard electrical outlets are Type A and Type B (grounded), which are the same as those used in the United States and Canada. Therefore, travelers from the US and Canada typically do not need a power adapter for their devices.
