Updates may not be the most exciting part of using Artisan 6, but we appreciate you taking the time to complete this one.

Haven’t updated your software yet? No problem, follow these steps to claim your gift!

Here’s what to do:

  • Close the program.
  • Download the latest version HERE
  • Run the installer and proceed through the installation screens as you normally would. A restart of your computer may be necessary.
  • Open your software once the installation is complete.
  • Sign in using your FOREVER account credentials to begin the new sign-in process.

Troubleshooting Tip #1: If you're still having trouble signing in after updating, try restarting your computer and make sure Windows is updated to the latest available version.

Troubleshooting Tip #2 for Artisan: Uninstall & Reinstall the Program

  1. Open the Control Panel on your computer.
  2. Select Programs and Features and locate Artisan 6.
  3. Select Artisan 6 and choose Uninstall.
  4. Once the uninstall is complete, log in to your FOREVER account.
  5. Go to Downloads and locate Artisan 6.
  6. Download and install Artisan 6 again.
  7. Once the installation is complete, open the program and try again.
