My Mom's Sense of Humor Will Be Seen for Generations

By Maureen Harrity

My mom was a practical joker, even when she was hospitalized and told that she had small-cell carcinoma on her breastbone. When she was in the hospital, I brought my sons (her youngest grandchildren) to visit her, and her spirit was her usual joking and jovial self.

I could not wait for the Video Streaming plan so I could share the video I took of my sons and my mom with family members and loved ones who knew my mom and her sense of humor. She fought hard, but the side effects of radiation ended up scarring her esophagus – which ended up shortening her life at 88-years-young in 2016.

This video is priceless to me. Her sense of humor will continue to be seen by my sons for generations. I love that I'll have my FOREVER account for my sons' and my lifetimes.
