FOREVER will host a large booth as well as multiple workshops and a presentation at this year’s convention, "From Lessons to Legacy: Insights from Teaching Aspiring Genealogists,” led by FOREVER Senior Genealogical Researcher Katie Derby.

Derby's presentation will uncover the strategies and tools professional genealogists use to transform research into a meaningful legacy. Drawing on her experience as a college instructor in BYU-Idaho’s Family History Research Program and over 25 years as a professional genealogist, this presentation will combine practical techniques with insights gained from teaching aspiring genealogists and applying those lessons in real-world research.

In addition, several FOREVER Senior Executive Ambassadors will represent FOREVER at RootsTech, including Marianna Curran. This will be Curran’s eighth year representing FOREVER at RootsTech. “I love RootsTech,” says Curran, “because the genealogy community are as passionate about family history as I am about protecting what they hold dear.”
