On October 1, 2026, FOREVER® implemented important security enhancements across our systems to help protect our clients and their memories.
Current Artisan 6 Users
Before accessing your software, please log in to your FOREVER account again. Then, download and install the latest version of your software from:

Current versions released October 1, 2026:
• Artisan 6: 6.4.2.12
After installation, open your software as usual and sign in using your FOREVER account credentials.
🔒 Once complete, you'll be back up and running with our latest security enhancements.
Troubleshooting Tip: If you're still having trouble signing in after updating, try restarting your computer and make sure Windows is updated to the latest available version.

Artisan 4/5 Users
Because older versions of Artisan®, specifically Artisan 4 and Artisan 5, cannot support these new security requirements, certain FOREVER-connected features are no longer available.
What Changed?
On October 1, users of Artisan 4 and 5 are no longer able to:
• Upload projects to FOREVER for printing
• Store new print projects in their FOREVER Account
• Retrieve photos from their FOREVER Account
• Activate Artisan on a new or additional computer
While Artisan 4 and 5 may continue to function on the computers where they are currently installed, they no longer support these FOREVER-connected features.
