Important Artisan 4 & 5 Security Update: Upgrade to Artisan 6

Beginning October 1, 2026, FOREVER_® will implement important security enhancements across our systems to help protect our clients and their memories.

Because older versions of Artisan^®, specifically Artisan 4 and Artisan 5, cannot support these new security requirements, certain FOREVER-connected features will no longer be available after September 30, 2026.

What Will Change?

Starting October 1, users of Artisan 4 and 5 will no longer be able to:

• Upload projects to FOREVER for printing
• Store new print projects in their FOREVER Account
• Retrieve photos from their FOREVER Account
• Activate Artisan on a new or additional computer

While Artisan 4 and 5 may continue to function on the computers where they are currently installed, they will no longer support these FOREVER-connected features.
